Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks, and after processing, shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates will be notified and added to your final order amount. A shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package. We ship to all locations within India and also offer international shipping. International shipping timeframes and charges vary depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Corugami is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
